So I’m not a huge shipper, but I absolutely love c2ndy2c1d’s art and comics. They have a super charming and fun style and DANG they get shit done fast.

I’ve been wanting to draw this dude for a long time now, and I finally had a bit of free time to do so. Nat Kedd Goldberg AKA: The Ship Cap’m. Also a lot of this is just shamelessly stuff I enjoy like boys wearing glasses and sweater vests. Forgive me. I have a weakness.

The prologue is officially OVER. It’s crazy. The first page of the prologue was thumbed out April 19th, 2012. The first page of Monsterkind was released to the public on July 6th, 2012.

The last page of the prologue has been posted today: May 17th, 2013.

I just wanted to take a moment to everyone who has stuck with me so far. Whether it be through production, development, updates, streams, and the like, you all have made it immensely easier for me to power through all my troubles and continue creating this fun comic. Thanks for supporting and reading my comic. May we, together, enjoy many more chapters to come!

Chapter 1 will be starting on May 31st. During the two weeks in between now and then, you’ll be seeing some site changes. Get pumped!

Man oh man, after trying to upload these pages for nearly an hour I’m a bit frustrated and exhausted. Huge apologies that these are a little late, but I hope you still enjoy them.

In other news, this was Monsterkind’s 50th update! Whoa! The prologue finishes up next week with another two page update.

Also tomorrow is Eno’s birthday and a bunch of you have already drawn fanart of him. Thank you so so so much. Eno is a very special character to me and I am a very happy Mom. Happy Mother’s Day….to me.

Today is a very special update day as I am happy to announce that the Monsterkind Online Shop is now live!

At this time the shop is US only but will be internationally friendly very soon. There will be more products in the future when I can afford to make more as well.

Thank you to everyone who dropped requests or came out to the doodle stream the other day. I had an extremely fun time getting to hang out with everyone. It was very relaxing and fun.

I’ve been getting a lot of work done since I bumped the update schedule down to once a week. I’ve actually started enjoying drawing and making pages again which previously felt like a heavy burden and task.
