Kickstarter is taking all my money again.
No, really though- there are some excellent projects going on that you should check out, and totally consider backing.
1. Benign Kingdom Fall 2012

The second run of Benign Kingdom, featuring illustrations by four really talented artists: Emmy C., Anthony Clark, Danielle Corsetto, and Aaron Diaz. The first run was so stunning and excellent, yet volume two intends to be even more spectacular. You have many different backing choices, but I highly recommend shelling out for the hard copy. The first edition was completely wonderful and also filled with amazing art. It definitely complements other books on your shelf. This edition promises to be all of that and more!

2. The Dylan Meconis Library 2012

Dylan Meconis is not only a wonderfully talented lady that I look up to, but her comic “Bite Me” was a huge favorite and inspiration of mine when I was but a young baby child. She has a Kickstarter going to help fund the printing of three books: Bite Me (also available is a special anniversary edition), Danse Macabre, and Outfoxed. There are, again, many different reward tiers to pick from, and all of them have some really great incentives! You should definitely check out her work, and you better act fast! Her Kickstarter is ending in a week.

3. Nothing is Forgotten, a collection of short stories

Ryan Andrews is extremely talented at creating visually stunning tales. You’ve most likely seen his work, as he is the author and artist of Sarah and the Seed. He is currently running a Kickstarter to help fund the printing of a lovely 192 page book containing three of his short stories: Nothing is Forgotten, Sarah and the Seed, and Our Bloodstained Roof. He just recently updated, and you can now get the book in a special hard copy edition. The book is a great deal for the amount of content and hard work he has put into it.

That’s all from me! Go back some projects and get some crazy awesome rewards. All of these artists are good, hard working people. Their work is worth it, and if you love comics, you’ll love all three of these projects.
