The prologue is officially OVER. It’s crazy. The first page of the prologue was thumbed out April 19th, 2012. The first page of Monsterkind was released to the public on July 6th, 2012.

The last page of the prologue has been posted today: May 17th, 2013.

I just wanted to take a moment to everyone who has stuck with me so far. Whether it be through production, development, updates, streams, and the like, you all have made it immensely easier for me to power through all my troubles and continue creating this fun comic. Thanks for supporting and reading my comic. May we, together, enjoy many more chapters to come!

Chapter 1 will be starting on May 31st. During the two weeks in between now and then, you’ll be seeing some site changes. Get pumped!

So people seemed interested in seeing what I was trying to get rid of, so here we go.

Hey there!

So for people who don’t follow my twitter, I officially got hired to be a Customer Service Representative at Micro Center today, and it’s a full time position. Super excited and pumped.

I’m not exactly sure how this is going to mix with my comic schedule as I’ll be plugging in at least 40 hours a week (9 hour shifts), but I will continue to update at least once a week. Things might be a little shakey once the job starts at the end of this month, but I promise I’ll get my feet on the ground and keep moving forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The Prologue is ending this Friday and there will be a few site updates during the small break between the Prologue and Chapter 1. Look forward to updates and new features on the site soon!

I wanted to draw something to double for Mother’s Day and Eno’s birthday (May 12th!). You guys drew so much adorable fanart of him, and I am the luckiest mom ever because of it. Thank you so much.

These are Eno’s moms! His biological mother Lisa (left), and Helen (right). I haven’t drawn them in forever, so it was nice to draw a family picture.

Headcanon: I like to think that all of the characters from MD eventually moved on with their lives, yet they still remember the times they spent together in that nuthouse hospital. Kinda like the group members themselves.

Man oh man, after trying to upload these pages for nearly an hour I’m a bit frustrated and exhausted. Huge apologies that these are a little late, but I hope you still enjoy them.

In other news, this was Monsterkind’s 50th update! Whoa! The prologue finishes up next week with another two page update.

Everyone draw Eno. It’s his birthday on Sunday and he is my precious baby boy and he I’ve had him for four years exactly on the 12th.

I had a three day weekend for the first time in a very long time these past few days, and I didn’t even ask off from work. It was magical.

I didn’t accomplish as much as I wanted to, but I did get some good R&R, and even though I still feel tired from the weather (and from being lazy) I’m ready for the new week.

Also for anyone wondering, the movies we watched Saturday were: Tropic Thunder, Iron Man, and The Avengers. I also ended up going to the movies and seeing Iron Man 3 on Friday. It was excellent (stay through the credits!). It was a Marvel/Robert Downey Jr. sort of weekend.
